E3 2014: PS Vita TV coming this year for $99

Not only did Sony announce the Open Beta date for PlayStation Now, it also dropped the bomb on the PS Vita release and pricing for US and Canada.

The PS Vita TV is Sony's Microconsole that can do a number of nifty things. It can play your digital games from your Vita memory card. It can also stream your PS4 console to another TV in your house. But it can also play a number of PS1 classic titles as well.

Sony also announced that a special Disney Infinity 2.0 version will release for the PS Vita TV, which is cool news considering the game has never been on Sony's handheld before. And even though technically the PS Vita TV isn't a handheld, it can play your handheld games on your TV.

There will also be a bundle for $139 which will also include a DS3 controller, memory card and a voucher for The LEGO Movie.

The PlayStation Vita TV will be available this Holiday season.
