E3 2014: Ubisoft bringing Far Cry 4, Assassin’s Creed Unity, The Division and more

Ubisoft has outlined its plans for the 2014 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) which will begin for the company on Monday, June 9 with Ubisoft's E3 media briefing. This year's media briefing will once again be hosted by actress and comedian Aisha Tyler and will likely feature Assassin's Creed Unity, Tom Clancy's The Division, The Crew, and the just-announced Far Cry 4, with some other games also likely to be revealed.

The media briefing begins at 3:00pm PDT and will be held at the Orpheum Theatre in downtown Los Angeles. For those unable to attend, it will be broadcast live and on demand on Ubisoft's YouTube channel and Twitch channel.

Confirmed games to be shown include:

  • Assassin's Creed Unity
  • Far Cry 4
  • Tom Clancy's The Division
  • The Crew
  • Valiant Hearts The Great War

“2014 is the most exciting year the gaming industry has seen in a while. At E3, we can’t wait to share our future of gaming,” said Ubisoft co-founder and CEO Yves Guillemot. “Ubisoft teams have fully embraced this new generation and will demonstrate how they are bringing  breakthrough innovations to our beloved franchises and beyond in order to offer players the most original and memorable gaming experiences.”

In addition to all of this, Ubisoft is once again bringing back the Uplay lounge. Here, Ubisoft will provide hands-on experience of its E3 lineup. This will be located at The Standard Hotel in downtown L.A.
