After 10,000 years, Elizabeth Banks is free — free to confirm her role as the villainous Rita Reupsa in the upcoming Power Rangers film.
Banks took to social media to announce her part in the film, proclaiming that she's ready to "conquer Earth" as the evil humanoid alien witch and nemesis of the mighy morphin' heroes.

Banks joins a cast that includes Becky G (Yellow Ranger), R.J. Cyler (Blue Ranger), Dacre Montgomery (Red Ranger), Ludi Lin (Black Ranger), and Naomi Scott (Pink Ranger) in the upcoming film reboot of the popular '90s action television series.
Directed by Dean Israelite, the Power Rangers film is set to debut in theaters on March 24, 2017.
