Predicts the Outcome of Super Bowl XLI with Football Mogul 2007
Peyton Manning Throws for 203 Yards, but Gives
the Ball Up Five Times as the Chicago Bears and their Defense Dominate the
Indianapolis Colts
Enlight, one of the world’s leading developers
and publishers of entertainment software for the PC platform, today gave their
prediction for the outcome of Super Bowl XLI through a “Football Mogul 2007”
simulation of this week’s big game. With the bittersweet culmination of the 2006
NFL season on Sunday, fans can rest assured the action will live on the way they
want it to with Football Mogul 2007.
“Fans who want the most realistic
statistical-simulation football game on the market should look no further,” said
Paul Lombardi, CEO of Enlight Interactive Inc. “Come Monday we’ll all see how
accurate the Football Mogul 2007 simulation of Super Bowl XLI really was.”
As the simulated Super Bowl game progressed, the
Bears clamped down on Manning and the Colts offense, holding them to just 299
yards total and forcing three interceptions and two fumbles. Meanwhile, Rex
Grossman and the Bears methodically moved the ball down field for three
touchdowns; one passing, one rushing, one defensive and three field goals as
they went on to win it all, 30-10.
With the Super Bowl this week and fantasy
football now over, fanatics don’t have to wait until next year for NFL action.
“Football Mogul 2007,” the deepest football simulation for fans keeps the season
alive year round with a new play calling engine, formation editor, complete
historical stats, HTML output to run a league for friends and much more.
