The Evolve Big Alpha didn't make it to the PlayStation 4 without some considerable effort — it took a majority of the weekend to even get it up and running.
There were major issues that followed the PS4 2.0 firmware update, but yesterday 2K got the Alpha up and running with a little good news on the side.

The good news is that because of all the troubles and the players, they extended the Alpha on all platforms and increased server capacity on the PlayStation 4. The Alpha was intended to end this morning, but instead will end tomorrow, November 4th at 12 PM Pacific. While they did work on bringing the Alpha to the PS4, there will still interruptions and issues – it's an Alpha test after all.
