Bethesda has reportedly opened up the chance for interested gamers to test out the Fallout 4 Creation Kit via a closed beta, however after high demand the thread has been abruptly closed by the developer.
There is no official release date for the Fallout 4 Creation Kit so far, but it is expected to launch at some stage this month. Some reports suggest that the news of more beta testing could be a signpost for an impending release, although that might not be the case.
For those that are not aware, this Creation Kit will allow PC gamers to mix up and modify Fallout 4 in a variety of different ways – which opens up endless realms of possibility for those that are interested.
As we mentioned earlier, Bethesda posted on their online community forum that there would be a possibility of allowing gamers to get involved with the closed beta. However, with it being as easy as replying with the word "YES" in order to be posted on the thread, over 1,000 responses were recorded rather quickly.
Therefore, Bethesda then closed the thread "for the time being," which suggests that it might well open again soon, but nothing is confirmed on that front.
Those that did make their interest in testing out the Creation Kit closed beta could receive a private messaging, including an invitation to test it out. So, if you were lucky enough to get your name in the hat, be sure to keep your eye out for a response from Bethesda.
