Fans minds are either on overdrive as they await details from Bethesda for Fallout 4 DLC, or they're onto something – rumors of underwater content are gathering pace.
Some gamers speak of a submerged city under the water, some gamers speak of a series of buoys leading to something in the water, but the big one seems to be the introduction of a so-called 'Ghoul Whale' – an idea noted by Reddit user Lavonicus.
Until Bethesda actually comes out and advertises upcoming downloadable content, minds of the many are still left to dream of what might be. After all, there is a significant amount of water spread across the Commonwealth, one can only wonder what lies in the depths.
The ideas that are floating around the Fallout gaming community certainly would give the game another angle, and provide a larger area for people to explore.
Aside from the mythological whale and the submerged city, N4BB even went to suggest that there could be vaults under water – which is probably the most viable theory thus far, and could coincide with the submerged city theory.
However exciting these rumors may seem we shouldn't really get carried away until Bethesda has an official say on the matter – but the underwater idea is certainly one that's becoming very popular among the Fallout faithful.
