The Last of Us has accrued quite the following since Naughty Dog originally released it upon the world four years ago. As the hardcore faithful normally do, they've been breaking down every nugget from the game's trailer that was released during last year's PlayStation Experience. As it turns out, there is mounting evidence that Seattle, Washington will be at least one of the game's locations according to a Redditor who goes by falconbox.
In conjunction with other fans, falconbox has compiled a compelling set of evidence, namely pieces of concept art set side by side with real-life locations from Google Maps. These sites are all in Seattle.

It's also worth noting that the Public Parking ABM building near Millenium Tower is within walking distance of the Driftwood Building from the second image. So we may very well be looking at a single chapter of the game, assuming that The Last of Us: Part II will move from location to location like its predecessor.
There is currently no word on a release date for The Last of Us: Part II, but given that the game isn't in full production yet, it could be a bit of a wait.
