It seems as though Europe, who rated the game as a PEGI 18, has also been censored. There's a scene in the game where the protagonist, Miu Hinasaki, wears a skimpy outfit during a photoshoot – all while talking about her job. In the localized version of the game, Miu is wearing an outfit that covers her up a bit more, check out the comparison below.
Instead of lingerie, the Western audience will be receiving a samus and Zelda costume.
Of course, none of the outfits enhanced the story's plot and were included in the Japanese version for fanservice reasons, but that doesn't really make it ok to remove it from the Western version of the game. Games have ratings for a reason.
