Square Enix took to the Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary Opening Ceremony with a number of announcements, two of which were focused on the Final Fantasy XII Remaster and Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
Starting with the bit on Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age, the PS4 remaster brings the 2006 original into high-definition graphics and sound, as well as reconstructed battle design and a revamped job system. During the event, Square Enix revealed that the remaster will be hitting the PS4 on July 11th in North America and Europe, and on July 13th in Japan and Asia.
