Actress Sophie Turner seemingly dropped a huge spoiler for the upcoming season of Game of Thrones, during an interview at the Oscars awards ceremony.
Turner, who plays Sansa Stark in the show, spoke to E! last weekend and seemed to accidentally reveal the whether or not her character would be safe from death in the near future.
When pressed on the script that she's seen – and her character's next steps – she said: "I’m flicking through, like, death, death, death, death, death … Okay, I’m good for this season."
This is the first season that will be shot ahead of the book version, leaving fans scrambling around for hints and clues as to what will happen to their favourite characters.
Turner's comments potentially means that Sansa Stark looks to be staying in the Game of Thrones story, however, some would say throwaway statements such as this should be taken with a pinch of salt.
Game of Thrones has established itself as a 'cutthroat' show over the years, to say the least, and although it looks like the Ginger-haired star will carry on after season 6, it seems nobody is ever too far away from death.
The show's Season 6 premiere will hit screens on April 24th, 2016, in the United States, and will land in the UK the following day via Sky Atlantic.
