Games delivered straight to you with new Humble Monthly subscription

The Humble Bundles have been my source for trying out many indie games at a relatively cheap price. Not only that, I also felt good about making those purchases as I was able to allocate them to good causes. Looks like the Humble folks have something new in store though.

Introducing the Humble Monthly subscription. For $12 a month, you will get games delivered straight to you, that are yours to keep, even if you opt out of the subscription. The page states that the games will be a mix of hidden gems as well as newly released hits, and that it will feature games not part of previous bundles. That's good news for folks like me who bought a whole lot of bundles in the past.

The page, however, does not state how many games you'll be getting in your monthly subscription, which seems like an oversight. After all, it's hard to gauge the value of the bundle if we're not even sure what we're getting. Even Lootcrate gives you a good idea of how many items it's going to contain.

You can check out the Humble Monthly landing page right here, and perhaps take the plunge. For signing up today, you get immediate access to Legend of Grimrock 2.
