Oh wait. It's happening and it's called Nosgoth (and it is not a reboot)!
Nosgoth is a team-based multiplayer game that is set in two different rounds. One round you're human (or vampire) the next it's vice versa. It isn't a MOBA per say, but that's the easiest way to explain it.
