While answering questions on Twitter, God of War: Ascension director Todd Papy dropped a few details about the game.
According to Papy, the game's length will be similar to that of the first God of War: “It will be around GOW1. We focus on quality not quantity. We would rather have an awesome 5/10hr than a ok 30hr game.”
As for the promised multiplayer, Papy says it is solely "competitive" at this point. "We are still working out what co-op things we can do to our standards," he tweeted.
While players will be able to challenge each other one-on-one, Papy said that it's highly doubtful Kratos will go head-to-head with Zeus.
So far the multiplayer is online-only, but Papy said the team is "looking into local but I can't promise it."
