GOG.com expanding its library of digital content to movies

GOG.com, the service that's become most known for its stance on DRM-free digital content, and also offering gamers some great classic games from their childhood, will now be expanding into the realm of movies.

While it may sound a bit confusing, the movies offered actually do make a lot of sense. As of right now, GOG is offering 21 DRM free video game centered documentaries, such as Minecraft: The Story of Mojang, Indie Game the Movie, The King of Arcades, Gamer Age and The Dungeon Masters.

Each of these movies also come at an affordable price of $5.99, and to kick off these new offerings, GOG is offering two movies for free, The Art of Playing and The Pirate Bay Away From Keyboard.

Since each movie is DRM free, you'll be able to download these files to any media device, and watch pretty much on anything that supports an MP4. Not a bad deal at all.

You can check out the new Movie Hub page on GOG right here.
