Graveyard Keeper Announced From the Developers of Punch Club

Lazy Bear Games, with perhaps the best indie studio name ever, is the team behind Punch Club. This game was an interesting take on fighting mechanics with a very SNES feel to it with plenty of heart thrown in. Today they've announced their newest game called Graveyard Keeper.

Graveyard Keeper is, according to Alex Nichiporchik, CEO of publisher tinyBuild, "the most inaccurate medieval cemetery management simulator you’ll play this year."

You build and manage your own graveyard and find ways to cut costs. This includes things like expanding into witch-burning festivals, scaring villagers into attending church, or even selling the blood of those bodies that suddenly have no use for it to the vampire next door.

But there's more to it than just managing a graveyard. There's also dungeon crawling. Ingredients and supplies needed to expand a graveyard aren't just laying around waiting to be bought, you have to go and find some of them. Is business a little slow lately? Maybe poison the water supply to bring in some… new customers.

Graveyard Keeper doesn't have a release date yet, but GameZone will have the latest updates as they are announced.
