Sony Press Conference just revealed that Grand Theft Auto V will be making its way to the PS4 this Fall. However, being that it took place during the Sony Press Conference, it makes sense that the trailer didn't mention other platforms. Rockstar did upload another version of that same trailer and this time included that the game will be coming to Xbox One and PC as well.
This is great news especially for PC fans that have been hoping for a PC port of GTA V ever since the game came out. Sure it might be a year late, but late is better than never right?
