Fire Emblem's Marth confirmed for new Super Smash Bros.

Nintendo has revealed the 18th playable character in the upcoming Super Smash Bros.' roster will be Marth from Fire Emblem.

For those unfamiliar with theFire Emblem series, Marth isdescribed as a "mysterious masked knight." The sword he welds is known as the Falchion and is believed to be the one-and-only sword Chrom owns.

Activision 'pleased' with Diablo 3 on consoles as lifetime sales surpass 14 million

With the release of Diablo 3 on consoles earlier this year, lifetime sales for Activision Blizzard's action RPG have surged pass the 14 million mark. Chief Executive Officer of Blizzard Entertainment Michael Morhaime described the company has "pleased" with the response to Diablo 3's launch on PS3 and Xbox 360, pointing out "very positive" reviews.
