As many of you already know by now, Season one of Halo 4's addicting Spartan Ops returned this week with the release of Episode 6: Scattered on Monday. Now that you've had a couple of days to play through it and get back in the mix of things, it's time to turn our attention to next week's episode.
Microsoft has released a brand new trailer for Episode 7, titled "Invasion", which you can watch below. For those of you who haven't finished playing last week's episode, I suggest you not continue reading as the description of Episode 7 might spoil it.

For those who may be unfamiliar with this, Spartan Ops is a weekly episodic adventure that takes place about six months after the events of Halo 4's campaign. Essentially forming a sequel to the main game, Spartan Ops focuses on two Spartan squads, Crimson and Majestic.
Season One is completely free to players and will eventually offer what amounts to 50 free bonus missions when everything is released, totalling to about 12 hours of additional gameplay time. Season One has been split into 10 weeks, with five new missions being offered each week in the form of an Episode. On Monday of next week (January 28), Episode 7 will be released.
