To everyone complaining about the lack of Halo at recent MLGs, you can stop – MLG heard you. In fact, they did you one better. Working directly with Microsoft and 343 Industries, they have secured Halo 4 for competitive play, days before its November 6th release at the MLG Fall Championship in Dallas, TX from November 2nd to November 4th.
There's no details released as of yet as to what tournament structure they will be using, prizes or anything like that – but what HAS been revealed is that teams will have the opportunity to scrimmage on Friday, November 2nd starting at 1:30 PM, as this is the first opportunity any of the teams will have to touch the game. More details will be released in the weeks leading up to the tournament! For now, whet your appetitie with this look at the multiplayer that was conducted with seasoned Halo pros at E3:
One thing is for sure – Dallas is going to be insane this year
