With the release for Halo 5: Guardians just over a month away, 343 Industries has been testing the game's multiplayer modes (and probably campaign as well) to make sure everything is nice and smooth for release.
Unfortunately for 343 Industries, one of their game testers took the opportunity they had with Halo 5 and decided to share it – breaking a Non-Disclosure Act (NDA). This could mean a ban for the player and their Xbox One being bricked, but it did give us a look at some interesting information.
All the leaked information has since been deleted by the user (who went by Halo5guy) but the internet never forgets.

It's unclear is all of the unlockable content is accessible through gameplay achievements or the REQ System — they could be a mix of both.
