Last night, 343 Industries rolled out a fairly robust content update for Halo: The Master Chief Collection. While some of you may have already downloaded it, if you're just logging on today you will be prompted to do so.
According to 343 Industries, the update addresses campaign, UI, and some Matchmaking and party issues. A larger matchmaking performance-focused content update is planned for release next week.
For now though, here is the list of changes in the recent content update:
Halo: The Master Chief Collection's multiplayer has been plagued by matchmaking issues since launch. Though 343 Industries has been releasing updates regularly, a number of players are still experiencing long wait times in the queue. As a result, 343i delayed the start of the Halo Championship Series pre-season.
