Yesterday, Level-5 was cool enough to reveal three cutscene videos from Ni no Kuni on its YouTube account. Gamers everywhere were grateful for that. Today, the company has decided to deliver more Ni no Kuni goodness with four new videos that show off the upcoming RPG's gameplay.
The first video is nearly eight minutes of both gameplay and cutscene footage. There's some town roaming, storytelling, and a battle with a massive forest beast. The whole thing is a joy to look at, and I'm really digging the environments in this game.
The second bit of gameplay footage sees our heroes exploring some underground tunnel system of sorts. Here they are turned into frogs, which is awesome for so many different reasons. They soon encounter a snake-with-a-scorpion-tail thing that's pretty angry-looking.
The third gameplay clip shows the protagonists exploring some frozen region. The town dwellers are incredibly adorable (because they're all furry!), and I dare say that even the game's enemies are pretty darn cute. Well, except for that nasty wolf thing that pops up at the end.
The fourth and final clip shows some overworld exploration. There's not much action here, but the video does give a good indication of what to expect as far as environments are concerned. Keep the footage coming, Level-5!
