New reports from EW claim that Mr. Terrific has been cast for Season 4 of Arrow.He will reportedly be played by Echo Kellum from Ben and Kate.
For those unfamiliar, Curtis Hold, aka Mr. Terrific, is a tech savvy inventor who works at Palmer Technologies under direct supervision of Felicity Smoak (Emily Better Rickards). In the comics, Mr. Terrific's alter-ego is Michael Holt, an extremely intelligent Olympic-level athlete who joins the justice Society of America following the death of his wife and unborn child.
In related news, Neal McDonough has also been cast as Damien Darhk, who will also appear in Season 4 of Arrow. Warner Bros. TV describes him as mysterious, sophisticated and in charge of his own secret group. The studio promises he will be one of the greatest challenges Arrow has ever faced. In the DC comic books he has strong ties to the villainous organization HIVE. Expect to see both these characters come to life when Arrow returns this fall.
Arrow returns Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
