Yesterday, Microsoft announced that they were looking into reported issues with Xbox Live. According to users, both core services and the ability to purchase content were impacted by an outage. Microsoft did not reveal when they expected Xbox Live to be back up and running, but promised to work on it.
Hours later, the core services for Xbox Live are currently functioning, according to the Xbox Live Status page. However, there are issues with the service that have remained unresolved.
At the moment, issues with the ability to purchase content are still bring reported. This issue could be deemed as 'OK, for now' if the Deals with Gold games for the Xbox One and Xbox 360hadn't been revealed for this week. In addition to the purchase issues, EA Access is experiencing limited access.
Microsoft says they are still working on it.
