Welp, that was fast. The 2016 NFL Draft isn't even over and you can already play as the rookie class from Round 1 in Madden NFL 16 via the game's Ultimate Team mode. EA Tiburon will be posting the rookies' overall ratings here very soon.
This weekend, Xbox One and PS4 owners can play Madden NFL 16 for free through May 2nd at 11:59 PM EST and the game is currently discounted for purchase at $19.80. That's not a bad deal.
Madden NFL 16 does a lot of things right when it comes to being a football sim, but one thing it did not was get the outcome of Super Bowl 50 correct. The NFL Draft also concludes today with Rounds 4-7, so if you're a hardcore fan that stays to the end, you can tune in to ESPN at 12 PM EST and watch your team solidify its future.
