After obtaining the quest from the console on Augusta Tower (200AF) floor 50, go across the map towards the dark room, next to Chocobocolina. In a corner of the room the Paradox Agent Type A is hiding. Use the Mog Toss ability to snag it, then head back to the console to claim Fragment of Time #134 – the Idea Circuit
