Injustice: Gods Among Us battle arena week 2 results are in: Flash vs. Shazam and Joker vs. Lex Luthor

There is nothing quite like pitting DC super heroes against each other and super villains against one another; got to love it. As part of the promotion process for Injustice: Gods Among Us, Warner Brother Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios has been hosting a fan voted tournament to determine the best hero/villain of all. Once the battle arena results are in, the fight is shown via Injustice gameplay footage with the victory going to that who garnered the most votes.

This week had The Flash speedily defeat Shazam. Apparently super speed defeats legendary power. In this bout there was a whole ton of traveling. In the Joker vs. Lex Luthor’s battle, the two great minds clashed; super intelligence vs. pure madness. The chaotic nature of insanity was enough to defeat Luthor in the end. Well that… and the fact that the Joker clearly shivs Luthor in the d#$%. There are definitely certain things a power suit can’t protect you from.
