Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet receives permanent price reduction

Arguably one of 2011's best Xbox Live Arcade games, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet captured the hearts of thousands through a gorgeous, eerie art design, along with addictive gameplay. While we'd hope you've jumped on the bandwagon a long while back for this title, we understand many have yet to experience this wonderful masterpiece, which is why you'll love this story: Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet has received a permanent price reduction.

The arcade hit is now available on the Xbox Live Arcade marketplace for only 800 MSP. Yes, indeed, that is a low price, especially for a game chalked full of content. The game's premise is you at the control of an alien ship; you must make your way "toward the center of the mysterious Shadow Planet! Solve complex puzzles and upgrade your ship with alien technology as you fight to save your home world." The 2-D action-adventure game also features an addictive and worthwhile multiplayer component, pitting you against other players' pimped out ships.

If you're on the fence with this one, don't be. Take our word for it and pick it up – you won't be sorry. Add Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet to your Xbox 360 direct download queue by clicking here.
