Nobuo Uematsu, famous for composing music for Final Fantasy since its NES era, all the way up to the PS2, has released a picture e-book on the iOS store that's both written by him, and composed by him. Blik-0 1946 features an emotional look at a robot built by a reputable artificial intelligence scientist, Dr. Mabuse, who has functions that let him emulate a human heart and brain. Experiencing life the way humans do, he starts to struggle with feelings and emotions like sadness, heartache, anger and even love.
The e-book features three songs composed by Uematsu, "Blik-0 1946," "Ah, But Why?," and "So Close," which play while you read, and enhance the experience.
The e-book is available starting today on iTunes for the iPad for $9.99, and it's coming soon to iPhones as well.
