Is Eiji Aonuma hinting at a third Zelda title at E3 via SpotPass?

If you have SpotPass enabled on your Nintendo 3DS, you'll get a special visit from two of Nintendo's heavy hitters, Eiji Aonuma, the mastermind behind the Zelda franchise, and the guy working on the latest Wii U entry, as well as Masahiro Sakurai, the man behind the upcoming Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U.

They each come with their own little phrase. Aonuma, as depicted in the picture, says Triforce in E3. Cute and relevant, since he's the guy behind the new Zelda, and he's even shown it off a little bit at the Nintendo Digital Event. And Hyrule Warriors is also playable at Nintendo's booth.

However, what if there's a deeper meaning. What if Triforce in E3 means a trio of Zelda games in E3. Hear me out. We already saw the new Zelda game that's being developed for Wii U, and we also got a glimpse of the upcoming Hyrule Warriors, which is a Zelda spinoff from the Dynasty Warriors franchise. So what would Zelda game #3 be?

Considering that Nintendo is holding a behind closed doors unveiling of a 3DS game, there are big chances this could be Majora's Mask on 3DS. After all, we already got the stellar Ocarina of Time on the 3DS, recreated faithfull with some great new art. It wouldn't be out of the question for Majora's Mask to appear on Nintendo's handheld.

Triforce in E3 indeed!
