Is Watch Dogs a next-gen title from Ubisoft?

During its E3 press event, Ubisoft ended its show with gameplay of an upcoming title called Watch Dogs. The game takes place in a bustling city environment, and you play as some dude who can hack into other people's communication devices, effectively spying on the lot of 'em.

The game looks like it might provide a nice mix of espionage (or surveillance) and gunplay. The world appears to be wide open for you to explore while not on a mission, and there's the possibility of cooperative play judging from the demonstration.

But what really had people talking was the visual style of Watch Dogs. Simply put, the game looks really amazing. From the environments to the facial designs, the whole thing looks really gorgeous, which leads me to the question everyone is asking:

Is Watch Dogs going to be released for next-gen consoles?
