Journey is headed to the PS4 this summer

Last year, thatgamecompany revealed that Journey would be headed to the PlayStation 4, joining their other games flOw and Flower. A couple of months ago, we were informed that Journey's PS4 release wasn't "too far off".

It feels like it's been ages since the announcement, but it has finally been revealed that the port will make a digital and physical release in the summer.

The physical release will bundle flOw, Flower and Journey together onto a Blu-Ray disc for the PS4. If you don't want to buy the bundle and simply want Journey, you can download the game from the PlayStation Store (when it releases). It hasn't been revealed if Journey will be a Cross-buy supported game, so, if you have the game on your PS3 hold out for some more info!

If you haven't played Journey, it's an experience unlike an other. The gameplay is very simple, but your form an emotional connection with the character you're going on the journey with. It's definitely worth a purchase in my book.

The PS4 version of Journey will run at 60fps and 1080p.
