Thatgamecompany has confirmed that Journey will not be coming to PlayStation 4, just hours after mistakenly say it was. Responding to a fan on Twitter, the developer was asked if Journey would be coming to PS4 since it was already announced that Flower would be.
Misunderstanding the question, Thatgamecompany responded:
@GamingOblivion It is, but we don't have any details, as we're not involved with the developing or marketing of it.

Hours after news of the tweet had spread, the studio took to Twitter again to clarify:
@Aussie_Legend Oops, was talking about Flower, not Journey. Looks like I misread @GamingOblivion's question. Sorry guys!
