At the Tokyo Game Show this week, Microsoft revealed the second character for Killer Instinct Season 2: Maya, the "badass monster hunter wielding the ancient daggers "Temperance" and "Vengeance."
Maya is described as having a "fast-paced 'blade juggling' combat style" that lets her power up her daggers the more they're blocked, essentially leading to increasingly devastating attacks. Be careful, though, because if she loses a blade, her powers are diminished until she can recover it.
Fans attending TGS this week can go hands-on with Maya, along with TJ Combo from the original Killer Instinct, who was confirmed for the second season back in June. If you aren't attending the annual trade show, well, you won't have to wait long. Killer Instinct: Season 2 is set to release on October 15 for Xbox One.
