Little Inferno reaches high temperatures with solid sales

If you were to say that Little Inferno is a weird game, you wouldn't be entirely wrong. The fact of the matter is that this fireplace simulator is indeed an offbeat project. That said, reviews have also dictated that it's an impressive endeavor worth checking out, and its high sales figures reflect that.

According to developer Tomorrow Corporation, Little Inferno has managed to hit 250,000 sales across the Wii U eShop, PC, and iOS platforms. Not bad for an indie title that initially didn't seem to suit everyone's tastes.

It's great to see studios going in different directions with their games. It's even more awesome to witness these unique pieces of creativity proving to be successful.

For more on why Little Inferno is so darn cool, check out our full review right here on GameZone.
