Looks like Microsoft isn't getting all of the exclusive content after all. Despite the perception that Microsoft has created during its press conferences, Sony has its own list of studios working on exclusive content for its PlayStation consoles. And at a recent Gamestop Expo, they revealed just how many studios will be making stuff for the PS3, PS4, and Vita.
The list includes:
- Rockstar Games
- Activision Blizzard
- Sega
- Level 5
- Sumo Digital
- Bluepoint Games
- Square Enix
- Disney
- Square Enix
- EA
- Konami
- Ubisoft
- Warner Bros. Interactive
- Atlus
- Take-Two Interactive
- Capcom
- Insomniac Games
- Bungie
- Nordic Games
- Zindage Games
- Sanzaru Games
- Bethesda Softworks
A few of these studios, you may recognize, are also involved with Microsoft for the Xbox platforms. It's important to note that just because a studio appears on this list does not necessarily mean they are developing their own exclusive full game; it could just be bonus content or timed exclusives. Having said that, the list is still pretty impressive and I can't wait to see what gets announced in the future.
