Developers Eastasiasoft have been hard at work on developing a game for the PlayStation 4 and it's paying off.
Lost Sea is 3D strategy action game set inside of a cartoon B-movie universe that is procedurally generated – meaning the archipelago you're playing on isn't pre-made. Every game restart will get you a new game map (like restarting gets you a new face in Animal Crossing).
The game follows the story of survivors of a plane crash that have to explore and gather resources in order to upgrade their ship and escape the islands in the Bermuda Triangle. Of course there will be deadly creatures looking to end your lives, but you'll have tools to fend them off. Every decision you make in the game will weigh heavily on your survivability – so, be careful.
Check out the trailer above for a look at the game! Lost Sea is looking to release in 2015 on the PS4.
