Avalanche Studios' Mad Max has been quietly delayed to 2015. Originally due out in 2014, the new release window was tacked on at the end of a new trailer highlighting Max's Magnum Opus vehicle.
Mad Max was first announced at E3 2013. It follows a "lone warrior who must embark on a perilous journey after his Interceptor is stolen by a deadly gang of marauders."
"A reluctant hero with an instinct for survival, Max wants nothing more than to leave the madness behind and find solace in the storied 'Planes of Silence.'
To survive, Max must align himself with a gifted, but peculiar, mechanic named Chumbucket and others to build the ultimate war vehicle — the Magnum Opus.
Mad Max will be available for Xbox One, PS4, PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.
