While Maleficent's starring role has yet to debut (the character's part in 1959's Sleeping Beauty notwithstanding), that doesn't appear to stop the character from joining the Disney Infinity roster.
The game's Twitter account "teased" the following. As you can tell, it's not really much of a tease instead of a blatant "hey, look at this character we're not bothering to be secretive about:"

That's all fine and dandy, but there was another Tweet that caught my eye:

A scenario that involves nothing but Fozzy Bear jokes would be an instant purchase for me.
It's looking like Disney Infinity has big plans in the future. I wouldn't be surprised to see just how big those plans are in the very near future.
