Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle releases its second DLC Pack

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle remains one of the best games in the Nintendo Switch’s strong first-year lineup and today it just got some reinforcements courtesy of its second DLC launch. Starting today, Season Pass owners can download the Ultra Challenge Pack, and as you might imagine, it’s no walk in the park.

The highlight of the experience is eight new “Ultra Hard Challenges” which are contained within each world’s Secret chapter. There is also a new co-op campaign with five exclusive co-op maps, featuring such enemies like Chain Chomps, Tornados, Boos, and Pyroclasts. You can get a look at what to expect from the DLC in the trailer above and suffice it to say; you can expect your wits to be pushed to the limit.

You don’t have to own Kingdom Battle’s Season Pass to pick up the DLC. The Ultra Challenge Pack is available separately for $7, but if you really like the game and are looking for the best value, it’s best to just grab the Season Pass at $20.

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is available now exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
