Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance headed to PC in January

Konami is bringing Metal Gear Solid: Revengeance to PC on Jan. 9, 2014, it announced today.

The hack-n-slash, developed by Platinum Games, is currently available for prepurchase on Steam. You can preorder it now for 33 percent off, or $20 (the regular price is $30). After Steam's holiday sale, the discount will drop to 20 percent and last until launch day.

The PC version contains the VR Missions and the Bladewolf and Jetstream downloadable content chapters. PC owners will also be able to play cutscenes and codec conversations from the menu selection, as well as replay boss battles.

Revengeance launched for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 back in February.
