Microsoft confirms eight games heading to Xbox One via backward compatibility

Following rumors of eight games heading to the Xbox One via backward compatibility, Microsoft has officially revealed the next set of Xbox 360 games that will be making the console generation jump. All of the previously rumored games have made to the Xbox One!

Microsoft has confirmed the following titles for backwards compatibility on the Xbox One:

  • Sonic 4 Episode 1 and 2
  • PAC-MAN Museum
  • Bionic COmmando: Rearmed 2
  • NEOGEO Battle Coliseum
  • CAPCOM Arcade Cabinet
  • Crystal Defenders
  • Fret Nice

While you could look at this and think "Oh, eight more games!" (yes we are counting Episode 1 and 2 of Sonic 4 their own games), there's actually quite a bit more. CAPCOM Arcade Cabinet contains 17 classic arcade games from the 80s.
