Microsoft offering Halo 4 pre-order incentive

While fans are most definitely excited to see the return of Master Chief in Halo 4, no one else is quite as ecstatic as Microsoft, who will undoubtedly reap the benefits of the upcoming blockbuster's sales. With that in mind, Microsoft was proud to announce today a pre-order incentive for those who purchase the shooter through their online store.

As mentioned above, folks who pre-order Halo 4 through the Microsoft online store will receive a coupon to "Get $25 off your next purchase** when you pre-order Halo 4." You most likely noticed the "**" thrown in there somewhat discretely (at least that's what Microsoft likes to think); fear not, you can see the details of that disclaimer below:

**Limited time offer valid on eligible products thru 11/5/2012. $25 single use promo code coupon will be delivered via email within 10 days of game release. Offer and promo code not valid on previous orders, cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer or promotion. Online and in-store terms may differ. Promo code may only be used for future online purchase and expires on 12/31/2012. Limit 3 per person

If you're a fan of Microsoft and are looking for some gear, points, or any other items for your gaming passion, their Halo 4 pre-order incentive may be just what you're looking for. If you're looking for incentives that reap in-game benefits (i.e. armor), though, you may want to hold out until 343 reveals more bonuses.
