Microsoft Studios shows off Forza Motorsport 5 and Quantum Break on Xbox One

Microsoft Studios showed off one of its blockbuster, exclusive franchises — Forza Motorsport 5.

Turn 10 studios will have the game available at launch, and more information will be available at E3 in a few weeks.

Remedy, world-class storytellers, also had a game shown off at the Xbox One reveal event. The actions you take and the choices you make shape your experience as the story unfolds. That game is Quantum Break.

With the phrase "Time is the fire in which we burn," the reveal trailer showed live-action blended with game footage. It looks like a little girl has special powers. She touched a woman's face, which then switched to a cutscene of a freight ship shifting into a huge ship, tearing through a bridge. It also looks like she can go through either time or other characters, as she gave us a glimpse at a male character shooting at what looked like a S.W.A.T. member. Also, time reversed.

The Xbox One will have 15 exclusive games in the first year; eight of those are brand new franchises.
