Minecraft: PS3 Edition update enables world transfers to PS4

4J Studios has released a "small update" to Minecraft: PS3 Edition, finally adding the ability to transfer saved worlds from the PS3 to the PS4 Edition. Even though Minecraft: PS4 Edition has been available for over a week now, the ability to transfer your saves has not.

To transfer a saved world from Minecraft: PS3 Edition, simply go to the saves list, select the save you want to transfer, and press R1 to bring up the save options. It's that easy.

For those of you playing on Xbox, you can find instructions on how to transfer saves from Xbox 360 to Xbox One here.
