Up until now, all we've seen of MLB 2K12 is cover athlete Justin Verlander promoting the $1 Million Perfect Game Challenge and becoming a mind ninja to gain a competitive advantage in it.
Today, 2K Sports released the first official trailer for MLB 2K12 featuring 90 seconds of real-time in-game action featuring highlight clips "2K Signature Styles" for players like Justin Verlander, C.J. Wilson, Jay Bruce, David Price, and Tim Lincecum.
As you watch the trailer, pay particular attention to the detail in the all-new catcher animations, hit types thanks to improved ball physics, diving catches, updated logos and uniforms, and the brand new Miami Marlins stadium.
MLB 2K12 is set to hit store shelves on March 6th, at which point the recently announced Xbox 360-exclusive MLB 2K12/NBA 2K12 Comb Pack goes on sale for $69.99.
