Mortal Kombat X ‘Kombat Pack 2’ teased, with Meat

There are a number of Kombatants missing from Mortal Kombat X, some of which are sorely missed (Rain, I'm lookin' at you). Ed Boon, co-creator of the Mortal Kombat series, has teased Rain for Mortal Kombat X previously, and now he's teasing Meat and a second Kombatant Pack for the game!

Surely, with Boon teasing both Rain, Meat and a second character DLC pack, it has to be real?

As an internet troll, anything Boon says must be taken with a grain of salt. That said, it would be silly for the publishers and devs to miss out on the sweet, sweet money that a second DLC character pack would bring. Imagine Meat, Baraka, Rain, and Sindel all wrapped up in one beautiful pack — I'd buy it.

Meat last appeared in Mortal Kombat 9 and has (so far) not made an appearance in Mortal Kombat X.

The first Kombatant Pack for Mortal Kombat X had Tanya, Jason Voorhees, Predator and Tremor — with Jason and Tanya being recently released and Predator next, all we need is Tremor to release and Kombatant Pack 2 might become a reality.
