Need for Speed’s six districts detailed

El Rey

El Ray is largely a mountainous area located to the far west of the city. There are two ways to pass through El Rey; the freeway along its Western coastline (perfect for top speeds), or the mountain range through Sinner's Peek.

Franklin Terrace

Located west once you pass over the South Port Bridge, Franklin Terrace is home to numerous tech companies such as BBA Industries. With good freway connections to the North, South, and West, Franklin Terrace provides easy access to other areas of Ventura Bay.

Royal Park

Royal Park is nestled between Burnwood and South Park. Although the primary residential zone in the city, Royal Park is best known for its commercial district and towering buildings. To the West is GHOST Stadium, and traveling eastbound will take you to the Lone Palm Village Mall. Heading South will take you to Arcadia Park and down to South Port.

South Port

South Port is the industrial hub of Ventura Bay, dominated by the VB Petrochemical Company and the San Pedro Docks. This is also home to Ventura Bay PD Headquarters, which means there's plenty of cops to chase you around.

The six districts that make up Need for Speed's city of Ventura Bay have been detailed by Ghost Games. They are Burnwood, Crescent Mountains, Royal Park, South Port, El Rey, and Franklin Terrace, and each environment offers its own unique flair. Check out the details below.

Burnwood

Home to your garage, Burnwood is a mix of office and commercial buildings, whild industrial areas and the railyard make up the outskirts. To the Nroth is Los Sol, home of the iconic Los Sol Bridge, and Breckenholl, which offers a path to the Crescent Mountains.

Crescent Mountains

As the name suggests, long sweeping roads take you deep into the mountains and offer spectacular views of the city below. Traveling North will take you to Granite Spring, home to both the Granite Spring Monument and the Crescent Mountains Bridge. Even further North is Weid Canyon and its Dam.
