EA's free-to-play, massively multiplayer online racing game, Need for Speed World, turns two years old today. To celebrate the anniversary a brand new reveal or free item will be given away each day this week until Friday, July 27.
Today's prize is the release of the all-new 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 which will be given to players for free. In addition, from now until Friday, July 27, players will earn double XP in every race event, Team Escape, and cop pursuit.
Lastly, the long awaited release of the Free Cam feature is available, allowing players to take control of the game camera to take snap shots of their custom car in action.
The gifts don't stop today. Throughout the week, just log in and grab more free items including customized license plates, neons, vinyls, and Need for Speed World in-game currency, SpeedBoost.
Need for Speed World offers 120 license cars to compete with in over 80 events. Ride alongside friends in Team Escape challenges, or enjoy owning the car you'll probably never have in Free Roam while you hunt for Treasure Gems. With over 16 million registered players, Need for Speed World has a bright future ahead of it. To learn more, or start playing, check out the game's official website.
